Making a Payment
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for details that we need to be able to complete the order. When confirmation of the order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Available card payment options at checkout include: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover. You can choose to pay using Paypal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Plus you can split your order into monthly equal payments with Buy Now, Pay Later option PayPal Credit. 

Shipping

• FREE 2-Day Delivery (Lower 48 states) for orders placed before 3PM CST Monday thru Friday.
• Orders placed after 3pm CST, Monday - Friday or placed on Saturday and Sunday, these items will be shipped the next business day.
• Orders placed before 3pm CST Monday - Friday, will be shipped the same day and are delivered 7 days a week. See below for areas that can be delivered on Sundays.
• Evolution Power Tools USA headquarters are based in Davenport, Iowa. We do not ship goods from Davenport to anywhere outside the U.S.
• We are unable to offer free shipping to all locations. Available options will be presented at checkout based on the delivery destination.
• We are unable to ship to homes in: Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and the United States Minor Outlying Islands.
• For residential / domestic purchases only. 
• Closed on January 3rd.

Warranty

Registering Your Product.
Upon registering your product you will be eligible to take full advantage of the Evolution warranty which covers parts and labor. Once registered we can provide you with faster and easier support if your power tool ever needs repairing - saving you time and money!
Evolution power tools are designed with performance and versatility in mind ? and tested to the highest standards of reliability and durability. So although you're covered by our warranty, it's possible you'll never need it.
Limited Warranty Terms & Conditions.
If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your product, simply contact Evolution. To speed up the process, remember to have your receipt, invoice or order reference number plus your product?s serial number found on the product?s motor label.
Summary Of Cover:
            

• All Evolution saws and drills are covered with 3 years limited warranty. 
• (This warranty does not cover blades & accessories, including circular saw tracks).
• Please keep your proof of purchase / delivery.
• The warranty becomes effective at the date of purchase (or the date of delivery if this is later).
• You must provide proof of delivery / purchase before any work can be carried out on your machine. Without this proof, any work carried out will be chargeable. Please keep your receipt or delivery note.
• All work will be carried out by Evolution.
• Any parts which are replaced will become the property of Evolution.
• The repair or replacement of your machine under warranty will not extend the period of warranty.
• Evolution Power Tools reserves the right to optionally repair or replace it with the same or equivalent item.
• This warranty statement provides benefits which are additional to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

• The repair or replacement of your machine (at Evolution?s discretion), if your machine is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship or function within the warranty period (if any part is no longer available or out of manufacture, Evolution will replace it with a functional replacement part).

What is not covered.

Evolution does not warrant the repair or replacement of a product as a result of: 

• Normal wear and tear (eg. Fuse, Fluids / Lubricants, Blades, Consumable, etc.)
• Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or handling of the machine which is not in use with Evolution?s user guide.
• Lack of servicing.
• Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of Evolution.
• Use of parts and accessories (including blades) which are not Evolution Genuine Components.
• Faulty installation (except installation by Evolution).
• Repairs or alterations carried out by parties other than Evolution.

If your Evolution power tool requires attention from our engineers, we aim to have it collected & repaired within 7-10 working days.
No officer, employee or agent of Evolution Power Tools is authorized to make oral representations of fitness or to waive any of the foregoing terms of sale and none shall be binding on Evolution Power Tools. Questions relating to this limited warranty should be directed to the company's head office; call 866-EVO-TOOL.
In no event shall Evolution Power Tools be liable for loss or damage resulting directly or indirectly from the use of our merchandise or from any other cause. Evolution Power Tools is not liable for any costs incurred on such goods or consequential damages.
Changes to warranty periods only apply to products manufactured from January 2015.

Returns

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a full or partial refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Claims or returns less than 30 days from date of purchase should be handled by the retailer you purchased from.
If you purchased your product direct from Evolution, the following applies:
            

• You may cancel your order before 03:00 PM CST the same day. If you placed your order after 3pm CST then you have until 3pm CST the next day to cancel your order.
• You may return your order by giving us notice within 45 days of the date of delivery.
• Such notice must be given by mailing, faxing or emailing us using the information on our contact page.
• If you are returning because of any problem with the goods, please notify us of the problem at the time be returning.
• On returning the goods, you must return the goods at your cost unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty. In which case you should contact us and we will arrange for our carrier to collect the faulty item. Please be aware we will only collect the item from the original delivery address.

• Unless faulty; the product MUST be unused and in a re-sellable condition. Returned in the original packaging for safe return.
• The product returned MUST include all items supplied, including blade and accessories. There should be no parts missing, or have any adaptations or changes to the product.
• A returned product without the Evolution blade will be deemed to have had an incorrect blade fitted and using the product incorrectly, therefore the warranty becomes void.
• All products shall be returned prepaid freight to Evolution Power Tools.

Returns Process

To return an item, please email our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, mail your item to the following address:

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return.
